For now, we’ve had to close our Kuoni stores, but our Personal Travel Experts are still on hand to look after you. We’ve created a ‘virtual’ call centre made up of well-travelled and highly experienced staff all working safely from their own homes.
They will make sure that you continue to receive the same first class customer service you’ve come to expect from Kuoni. Whether you have a holiday already booked with us, or if you’re planning ahead and need inspiration and expert advice about next year’s holiday, they are there to help.

We want to reassure those who have holidays booked with us that our team is working hard to contact customers in date order to discuss their options. For those who have amended holidays and booked at a later date, we would like to thank you for continuing to support Kuoni. If you have a holiday booked and haven’t heard from us yet, rest assured we will be in touch, our team are working on a list of holidays in order of departure dates.
