We're delighted to announce that from 12 April, we're starting to reopen some of our stores (and we can't wait).
If you'd like to plan a holiday with us in one of our beautiful stores, we are doing everything we can to make sure you feel safe, relaxed and confident. We will have additional social distancing measures in place to keep all of our customers and colleagues well. You can find out more about the steps we're taking before reopening here.
If you'd prefer to talk to us from the comfort of your home, our Personal Travel Experts are still on hand to look after you. We've created a 'virtual' call centre made up of well-travelled and highly experienced staff, who will ensure that you receive the same first-class customer service you've come to expect from Kuoni. Whether you have a holiday already booked with us or need inspiration and expert advice about next year's holiday, they are there to help.

If you have a holiday booked, we want to reassure you that our team will be in touch with you in due course. We are contacting customers in date order to discuss their options. Please note that lines are busy, and although we are working hard to make sure we deal with all calls as quickly as possible, there may be a delay. If you are travelling later this year and would like to talk to us about your holiday, it may be easier, for now, to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org - rest assured we will read and respond to all emails as quickly as we can.
