Where's the best place you've ever stayed?

Last year I was lucky enough to stay at The BodyHoliday in St Lucia. This place encapsulates what holidays are all about - pure unadulterated escapism. I indulged in a mixture of daily treatments and there were healthy activities on offer which included yoga and pilates which left me with a feeling of total rejuvenation

What's your oddest travel moment?

Ski diving over the Three Valleys in France. It was the most breathtaking (quite literally) moment of my life as I was pushed at 3000ft out of a tiny plane by a French man who didn't speak a word of English. All I could think as I exited the plane, screaming my lungs off was タリI hope he isn't telling me anything important!' Then, with relief and exhilaration, the parachute opened and I soared through the clear blue sky over fresh white snow. I still can't believe I did it now!

Have you had a perfect travel moment?

Gosh, so many to mention! If I was to do a montage of some of my favourite moments in words, it'd sound a bit like this: dinner at the Cliff Restaurant in Barbados, ocean dining under the stars with best mates, snow boards touching down on fresh white powder at the top of Mont Vallnon, a very special Valentine's Day in a private plane over the Three Valleys, partying hard on the road carnival in Barbados, and a sky crammed with hundreds of beautiful lanterns at a Thai water festival.

What are your suitcase essentials?

Elizabeth Arden Eight-Hour Cream is a life saver working miracles on anything from sun burn to tired jet lagged skin. I'll always take Boots' tan enhancer too in the vain hope I'll come back with a golden tan.

Where's next on your wishlist?

Working with Kuoni is amazing for someone with a passion for travel - I get to feed my obsession every day! I'm constantly finding a new gem of a hotel, a beautiful beach to explore or my next amazing destination which means my wish list is ever expanding. At the top of my list at the moment has to be the Rio carnival - a sensory overload with the colours, the music, the dancing and those outfits! Plus Brazil's really going to be great during 2016 and I'd love a piece of that.

You could say travel was Sally's first love. After exploring new places from a young age, she has travelled to many a sun-drenched locations over the years (including one wonderful summer travelling around the Caribbean). But after three ski seasons in Meribel, it's snow that has her truly smitten and remains her passion.
