Where's the best place you've ever stayed?

I have had the opportunity to stay in some beautiful places however, the most beautiful place was in Koh Rong Samloem, a small island off Cambodia. Me and my partner had our own little wooden bungalow on the beach with no one else around. We woke-up and went to sleep the waves lapping on the shore and the rising and setting of the sun. Absolute bliss.

What's your oddest travel moment?

For sure, the oddest travel moment ever, was when I was travelling from Laos to Vietnam on a very old, half-broken local bus. 2 hours into the journey we stopped in the middle of a road, in complete darkness, and welcomed a cow on-board for the remaining 19 hours of the bus journey.

Have you had a perfect travel moment?

I don’t think I could name just one perfect travel moment as I’ve been so lucky to have travelled so many wonderful places. My top 3 would be; watching the sunrise on Uluru in Central Australia, celebrating when I reached Everest Base Camp and discovering breath-taking corals when snorkelling in the Philippines.

What are your suitcase essentials?

I travel very light, however, no matter where I go I always take; Baby wipes, mosquito spray, hand sanitiser and lip balm.

Where's next on your wishlist?

My list keeps growing so it’s hard to say. Although I am desperate to visit Zanzibar, Cuba and South America.
