Tell us what you want from your holiday

What would make a perfect holiday? Tell us who is going with you, what airport you'd like to fly from and any other details we may find useful, such as if it's a special occasion.

If we need to get in touch, when is the best time to give you a call about your holiday?

Where's the best place you've ever stayed?

It has to be Galley Bay in Antigua. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne on arrival and a lovely personal message welcoming us to the resort. It was a fantastic start to what was a truly amazing holiday packed with perfect moments. The staff members were all so friendly, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The food at Galley bay was incredible too; eating fresh fish, cooked to perfection, in my own private cabana by the sea, what more could a girl want. I stayed in a premium beachfront suite which literally opened up onto the gorgeous white sands. Every morning when I pulled back the curtains, I was greeted with the sound of the waves lapping at the shore and brilliant bright sunshine - paradise.

What's your oddest travel moment?

Doing a cycling tour of Bangkok by night was pretty crazy. The city really does never sleep and it also definitely does not have cycle paths! Our guide also only knew one word in English which was タリgo go go!' It was all well and good, but when you realise that you are pulling out in front of hundreds of cars who do not stop for anyone, it becomes pretty hectic. I think one of the funniest moments during the tour was when we were riding through the back streets, and suddenly food was being thrown in front of us, closely followed by a very sheepish man. It was slightly awkward to be in the way of a domestic but quite entertaining at the same time! It really was a once in a lifetime experience to be able to explore the city in that way.

Have you had a perfect travel moment?

Yes, I was in Antigua at Shirley Heights which was the old lookout point for the British navy when they were based there. It is now one of the best places to see the sunset over the island, and I definitely wasn't disappointed. While sipping on a rum cocktail listening to the steel band play behind me, the sky was gradually illuminated in shades of orange and pink which reflected on the sea. It was honestly the most beautiful sunset I have ever seen.

What are your suitcase essentials?

Everything! The most important thing is the size of the suitcase. I do not want to worry about not fitting everything in, so a top tip is if you can fit into your own suitcase you're onto a winner!

Where's next on your wishlist?

The west cost of America is top of my wishlist at the moment. For a more relaxing time, I'd probably choose the Maldives. It really is one of the most romantic places in the world, so I would love to go with my partner. New York is firm favourite as well and I try to get out once a year as I discover something new every time I go.

"The staff in the store were exceptionally helpful in meeting our requirements as well as being knowledgeable about the destinations."

Kirsty's love of travel came through years of planning holidays with her dad for the family. After exploring Europe with the family, she finally went on her first longhaul trip to Australia. It blew her away and from then on she wanted to experience as many new destinations as possible. She fell in love with the bright lights of New York, the care-free attitude and white sands of the Caribbean, the buzzing cities of Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur in the Far East and the paradise that is the Maldives.
