Where's the best place you've ever stayed?
There's so many to choose from! One place that sticks in my mind is Baros in the Maldives. I had my own Water Villa which had direct access into the crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean. Of a night, you could sit on the deck and indulge in a glass of Champagne whilst watching the sun set in the distance.

What's your oddest travel moment?
On a recent work trip to the amazing Maldives, I was fortunate/unfortunate enough to take 26 speedboat transfers and two seaplane transfers to visit nine islands. After a few transfers, I still felt like I was on water when on land!

Have you had a perfect travel moment?
Yes, I was staying on the private island of Lonubo at Maafushivaru. I was lying in a hammock with a glass of wine looking up at the clearest night sky watching a breathtaking array of shooting stars. I have never witnessed such a natural phenomenon before and probably never will again.

What are your suitcase essentials?
Definitely a good camera - I love to take a picture of the sunsets wherever I am staying. Also mosquito repellent, as whichever country I am in they seem to love me!

Where's next on your wishlist?
This changes weekly, working at Kuoni I put together the most amazing trips to a huge variety of destinations. So one week I want to visit Machu Picchu in Peru, the next I want to travel by train through the Rockies in Canada and then totally change my mind and lay on a beach in Mauritius!
