Where's the best place you've ever stayed?
I would say the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, Dubai. I was blown away how luxurious the hotel was. You are treated like queen, from the moment you step into the hotel, the service is first class. The real jewel is the spa, in my opinion go for the Swedish massage. Being a real foodie, this chain has the best choice of "DINE" around available to you. It gives you the chance to visit all the stunning Jumeriah Hotels restaurants.
What's your oddest travel moment?
It would probably be on a tour to Australia visiting Ayres Rock. Experiencing the bush tucker night, where you dine under the stars in total darkness. Sampling the local delights; such as crocodile, kangaroo, emu, and camel. The whole experience was unique and memorable.
Have you had a perfect travel moment?
Kaikoura in New Zealand would sum up my perfect travel moment. I stayed in a luxurious tree house overlooking the breath taking mountain range, it was the ultimate wow factor for me. This place blew me away with the mountains on the beach, the icing on the cake was the whale watching, where I spotted two humpback whales and dolphins. This was truly amazing and ultimately an unforgettable experience.
What are your suitcase essentials?
Coconut Oil is my ultimate essential, it acts as an after sun, moisturizer and even to give relief to mosquito bites. Always take peppermint tea, I can’t go anywhere without it, it's a must have. I always take a pair of slipper socks in my hand luggage for comfort, the aircraft gets extremely cold and it's nice to be snug! .
Where's next on your wishlist?
I live by the expression wanderlust, having the passion to explore. The next destinations on my wish list are Bali, Canada, Thailand, South Africa, and San Francisco; however the list is endless...
