Where's the best place you've ever stayed?
In a lodge in the remote town of laugarvatn, Iceland. Being able to watch the sun rise and set every day over a frozen lake, not to mention the northern lights, from your bedroom window is truly spectacular.
What's your oddest travel moment?
Being collected from Dublin airport by the hotel chauffeur and being taken to the wrong side of Dublin to a completely different hotel. He even tried breaking into the hotel complex ignoring our remarks that we were not even in the city centre.
Have you had a perfect travel moment?
It may be a cliche but I would have to say climbing the Sydney harbour bridge. It is hard to describe how perfect it was to see the whole city from above while the sun was setting. It is something I will truly never forget
What are your suitcase essentials?
A camera, or three. I love to capture my travel memories whether they be on my phone, GoPro or DSLR. Also, chocolate. Because I always crave some and rarely go abroad to a decent quality of chocolate.
Where's next on your wishlist?
I have two at the top of my list - Madagascar and the Maldives. Madagascar because I adore lemurs and it is my dream to see them in the wild and perhaps do some voluntary work with them. The Maldives because I am a keen diver and cannot wait to experience the best diving in the world.
