Tell us what you want from your holiday

What would make a perfect holiday? Tell us who is going with you, what airport you'd like to fly from and any other details we may find useful, such as if it's a special occasion.

If we need to get in touch, when is the best time to give you a call about your holiday?

Where's the best place you've ever stayed?

The best place I have ever stayed has got to be when I went on a family holiday to Hong Kong where we stayed in the Hong Kong Harbour Grand Hotel. The view from the lounge on the 41st floor completely took my breath away. Being able to look down at the lights reflecting in the water surrounding the Hong Kong Island and Kowloon with the iconic junk boats sailing between the two islands was an incredible experience. While the iconic Junk boats were sailing the waters, the two islands put on light displays, which added to the splendour of it all. The view from the 41st floor of the Hong Kong Harbour Hotel is a must for all visitors to Hong Kong

What's your oddest travel moment?

My oddest travel moment was defiantly while visiting Delhi in India. Experience a rickshaw ride through the narrow and busy streets of New Delhi, where it was two-way traffic of people, animals, bikes and other rickshaws was very strange to say the least. Not only did we have to dodge unexpected traffic, our rickshaw kept getting stuck in pot holes on the uneven road surface meaning the very kind and friendly locals had to give us a helping hand so we didn’t hold up the long queue of rickshaws that were immediately behind us. The locals didn’t seem surprised by this, so I can only assume this is part of their daily life.

Have you had a perfect travel moment?

Yes, my travel moment that stands out the most was when I visited Dubai. Having dinner at the Burj Khalifa in the Atmosphere restaurant on the 123rd floor was a memory I will hold forever. The view across Dubai with the sun setting was spectacular and to top it off, just below our window we had a bird’s eye view of the Dubai Fountains.

What are your suitcase essentials?

Having a waterproof camera or a waterproof sleeve to hold your phone is a travel essential. Whether in a water park, relaxing in a rubber ring on a lazy river or swimming in the crystal clear blue waters of the Maldives, being able to capture those perfect moments to look back on and reminisce is a must!

Where's next on your wishlist?

My wish list expands daily but I would love to experience the Northern Lights. The fact that you can see a natural show of multi-coloured lights in the sky travel amongst the stars in front of your very eyes has always fascinated me.
