Here in the Metrocentre we are a happy smiling bunch that work very closely together. We’re passionate about delivering the best service and have a passion for all things Northeast and a love of anything travel related.

I felt compelled to write a review about the outstanding service received by Linda Taylor at the Metrocentre branch of Kuoni. I met Linda a few years ago when she found me an amazing deal to Mauritius that we couldn't believe we could afford due to the amazing deal she found us, and since then she has excelled in helping us get our bucket list locations ticked off the list. Following a family emergency that meant 3 days before our holiday to St Lucia last week we had to cancel. The booking was non refundable however Linda worked tirelessly to get both airline and hotel to swap dates for us which after countless emails she managed to do and saved us thousands of pounds and saved our holiday. After such an awful 3 years with the pandemic we feel we really need this holiday so it has meant everything to us. All of the staff at Metrocentre Kuoni have been absolutely amazing but Linda in particular has gone above and beyond. Well done Kuoni, you really do have the best people working for you and I wouldn't consider booking with anyone else.
